Maiquel Falcao won by unanimous decision and is in the final of Bellator's middleweight GP
Brazil is accredited to the end of Bellator's middleweight GP late on Friday (20) at Bellator 66. Vyacheslav Vasilevsky Maiquel Falcão won by unanimous decisionand has the chance to secure another title for Brazil in the competition.

In the initial assault, Maiquel Falcão broke up with many on the left leg kicks and punches in the Russian face. O Brasil se credenciou para a final do GP dos médios do Bellator na noite desta sexta-feira (20) no Bellator 66. Maiquel Falcão venceu Vyacheslav Vasilevsky por decisão unânime e tem a chance de garantir mais um título para o Brasil na competição.

No assalto inicial, Maiquel Falcão partiu para cima com muitos chutes na perna esquerda do russo e socos no rosto. Em um dos chutes, Vyacheslav Vasilevsky bloqueou e levou o brasileiro para baixo, mas não conseguiu muito sucesso, já que Falcão trabalhou bem e, agarrou o oponente e nãio deixou espaço para o adversário trabalhar. O mão pesada tentou o triângulo, porém foi Vasilevsky que teve os melhores momentos da lutas. O russo quedou três vezes ao melhor estilo sambo e levou vantagem.
No 2º assalto, a exemplo do que aconteceu no round anterior, Maiquel chegou bem com socos e chutes, mas o russo encurtou a distância e aproveitou as quedas, com a guarda passada. O brasileiro parecia mais lento e plantado, enquanto Vasilevsky se movimentava melhor. Em um dos bons momentos, Falcão caiu na guarda a martelou com golpes fortísismos.
No último e decisivo round, Maiquel acertou a mão e encaixou um duro golpe no russo, que balançou. Então, Falcão mandou diversas joelhadas no queixo no clich, socos de saída, mas o russo ainda conseguiu derrubar Maiquel, que raspou e soltou mais uma vez execlentes golpes no adversário.
